For every type of building, there is a concrete strip foundation, poured concrete block plinth, and monolithic reinforced concrete slab base.
Rising structures: Made from wooden beam-framed wall panels with Steico Zell blown wool insulation.
Horizontal structures: Wooden beam ceiling panels are made according to static plans. A wooden staircase is built between the levels if the building has multiple floors. As an option, the attic of our single-story houses can also be developed. Insulation with Steico products.
Roof Structure: A rafter framed wooden structure is prepared for ceiling and wall panels, fixed with Steico Protect tongue and groove wood fiber insulation boards.
All carpentry work is done with a Hundegger K2i type CNC cutting machine.
Exterior Cladding: The building’s facade is made of crushed white plaster surface with 6 cm of Steico Protect wood fiber panel insulation underneath. The color of the resin-based plinth plaster is light gray, which runs along the terraces as well. The parapets of the windows and doors, as well as the storage created in the fence, are finished with bonded porcelain tile cladding. A colorful wall cladding is installed in the entrance area of the building.
Interior Surface Treatment: We use dispersion painting on the walls.
Exterior Surface Treatment: One layer of Baumit thin plaster reinforced with glass fiber mesh.
Roofing: Creaton Rapido ceramic roof tiles with Creaton accessories.
Electrical Installation: 2×25+1x32A general tariff+1x25A “H” tariff.
Low Voltage Equipment: Intercom (DialComp) – optional. Electrical installation materials are installed in plastic protective tubing within the wall structure.
Fittings: Installed with Legrand brand switches and sockets. IP65, 66 LED outdoor and indoor light fixtures Eglo Fueva. Legrand Valena light type switches and sockets in the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. Provision for an electric stove, oven, and extractor fan is ensured.
Mechanical Equipment: Daikin Altherma brand heat pump for underfloor heating, Daikin Stylish split air conditioner.
Exterior doors and windows: Manufactured by Németh-Fa, with a 93 mm profile, 4-layer length-glued, fault-ejected, first-class spruce. Hardware: ROTO NX T 150 BZ30. Surface treatment: Remmers Stone Grey glaze SW-900. Thermal transmittance: k=0.5 W/m²K, Low-e coated, filled with argon gas.
Interior doors and windows: Németh-Fa manufactured spruce interior doors with vertical grain inserts and 9 mm Door Lock hardware. Surface treatment: Remmers stone grey thick glaze SW-900 GW-360.
Door Handles: Hoppe Toulon square rosette silver 90BB.
Shading Technology: Wo&Wo (Austrian) electric blinds and slats.
Living rooms, bedrooms – Németh-fa white oiled rustic oak Swedish plank flooring.
Kitchen, pantry, bathroom, toilet: Cerrad Batista glazed ceramic floor tiles.
Terrace, balcony: Tubadzin Massa outdoor frost-resistant porcelain stoneware floor tiles.
